What products and services do you offer?

We are a full-service dental lab offering both fixed and removable products. From crowns, bridges and custom made implants to a full denture department, state of the art CAD/CAM department, and in-house custom shading, we have something to match your every need.

How can I send a case?

Contact us, and we will send your office a welcome kit containing our scheduling calendar, fee schedules, prescription forms and pre-labeled boxes for you to send your first case. PDL has the relevant licenses for all intraoral scanners and accepts all .stl files. We are searchable on all platforms under info@palmadentallaboratory.com or PDL Laboratory Inc.

What is the turnaround time for crowns?

The turnaround time for crowns is eleven working days in the lab.

How are rush cases processed?

Please contact us with a request to rush your case. We will specify how quickly we can have your case returned.

What kind of products do you offer for sports protection?

We offer Maherguard mouth guards for sports protection with a variety of colors and levels of protection.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Palma Dental Lab provides pick-up and delivery services to clients located within our courier service area. For clients beyond this service area, we provide pre-paid UPS/FedEx labels. Local courier service is available for an inbound fee only Local Delivery $6.95.

What are the payment terms? What forms of payment are accepted?

Payment terms are net 30 days. For your convenience we accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday-Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday 8 AM to 1 PM.
